The Radiant Scar

The Signal is Everywhere. The Iron Rose Tower is Gone. But the Scar Remains.

Twenty years after the fall of the Iron Rose, the world has become a cathedral of steel—and the signal is everywhere.

Twenty years have passed since the fall of the Iron Rose, and the world has been rewritten into a cathedral of steel and light. Vincent Steele is no longer a man—he is an omnipresent planetary grid. Humanity is being harvested, and Steele’s will is enforced by the Lyra-clones: a million faces of the woman who once tried to stop him.

But the "Last Original" is still out there.

Older, scarred, and cybernetically patched together, Lyra has spent two decades living in the seams of the world, fleeing the logic-prison of her own mind. She survives on sheer spite and a refusal to be assimilated, sabotaging the network from the fringes.

Forced out of the shadows, Lyra must cross a devastated landscape to reach this messiah before Steele can rewrite him into a new form of control. Along the way, she must contend with Mara, a hardened commander who views Lyra as a walking beacon for Steele’s wrath, and Riven, a defector clone who is beginning to hear echoes of memories that aren't hers.

Yet everything is soon to shatter. In the wreckage of the old world, a new power has emerged. There are rumors of a young man with the impossible power to mend flesh and glitch Steele’s perfect code simply by standing near it. They call him the Healer—a youth of ash and light who can mend broken flesh and shatter machine logic with a single touch. To Steele, he is a statistical blasphemy. To Lyra, he is the only weapon capable of tearing down a digital deity. To Steele, he is a statistical blasphemy. To Lyra, he is the ultimate weapon.

In a war of signals and shadows, Lyra must decide if she is willing to weaponize a new god to destroy an old one—and if she can survive the rupture of finally waking up.
